Thank you to everyone for coming out on Mother's Day for brunch. We know that many of you had to wait an obnoxiously long time for food and we are sorry for those of you who had to experience this wait. While we make every effort to properly staff and make contingency plans in the event of staff shortages, unfortunately, these plans still remain ineffective in many instances. We want you to know that we are continuously striving to make The George the best kitchen + bar possible and hope you will continue to patronize our establishment.
