Hi yall Josh is still in critical condition but can open his eyes. He's looking better. He's still sedated so theres nothing we can do for him there. Weve decided were going to open the rest of the weekend. Thank yall for all the prayers and understanding about not being open today.

Good evening yall. Jessica's brother Josh that has been living with us and working with us this summer had a series of pretty intense seizures at work today and had to be life lighted to Gainesville hospital. He's under sedation now. Jess is staying with her mom tonight. I came home to fulfill a few Togo orders tomorrow and then I'm heading back down. We will have to close tomorrow but we hope to be back for Saturday and Sunday. We will keep yall updated. We would be great full for any prayers.

Good morning everyone!! We hope yall are having an amazing weekend!!! It's been full throttle here (a good bit more than we expected). We've sold out on brisket and are low on most everything. We started another smoke at 2 this morning well have 4 butts 9 racks of ribs that will be ready at 1, 20 pounds of chicken for today and 200 wings. We're okay on all the sides for the moment well keep yall updated as we go along. If today is like the rest of the weekend it won't last long. Thank yall so much for this weekend yall have been amazing!!! If yall would like to reserve anything please let us know!!!

Happy Sunday morning yall!!! It's been an amazing weekend here and we've had trouble keeping up!! Thank yall for coming to see us and all the pre orders helped so much!!! Quick update on what we have left. Today we have 40 pounds of pork and 10 pounds of brisket for today. We've ran out of ribs until 2 today well have 9 more racks. Wings, chicken beasts and sides were still good on we should not run out. Jess still has 6 Keylime pies left. Were happy to save anything for yall and we'll cook to order for the wings if yall can give us an hour. Thank yall again we hope yall have had a great weekend!!!

Happy Friday yall!!! We wanted to give yall an update on our available food left for today and tomorrow. We've had a lot of very big orders come in this week so we're running a little low. We have around 50 pounds of pork left, 6 racks of ribs and 20 pounds of brisket. Well have plenty of everything else. We've got both smokers fired up and cooking as hard as we can! We will answer any calls when we can and we'll definitely call yall back if you leave a message. Yall are welcome to leave any messages here as well. Thank yall for all the pre-orders it helps us so much!!! Well have a new batch of food Sunday!!! Yall have a happy memorial day weekend!!! Thank yall!!!
