Big Thanksgiving week!
For the upcoming Thanksgiving week we will be at the store regular hours and the Scranton farmers market monday and weds. Also we will be at pittston farmers market Tuesday. Will be on Wilkes-Barre Square selling breads on Thursday April 17th from 11to1. Will be in the same area when we sell there when the market is open. We have restocked our cheese cooler with some new offerings. The line up of cheese comes from Igourmet, a large cheese importer located in mountain top.

The two new offering are wensleydale a stilton (made famous from Wallace and Gromet) and butterkasse a German cheese.

A beta Baguette and some fromage d'affinois make a great pairing.

October 1st. Due to the timing of the rain from hurricane Ian we are cutting back on what markets we will attend on Saturday. The call is made 24 hours prior to the market opening what we intend to bake for the day. Supply will be limited compared to a typical saturday.

We will NOT be at the Tunkhannock farmers market.

We will be at the back mountain farmers market. 9to12

We MAYBE at the abington farmers market. Depends how bad the weather looks. If we are not going the bread will be split between the store in clarks summit and in dallas.

Now that things are opened up and the farmer's markets are in full swing, we will be discontinuing our delivery service.... but you can find us at one of our many outdoor locations!
