Before I promote me. I want to let you know if you love radishes head to the Holly Farmers market for these beauties today. Just traded a bunch for a quiche already had picked some off to eat with butter. You know the farmer girl by her pretty smile and her long blonde pony tail. Wasn’t quick enough to get pic maybe next time.

Flying solo today. Sarah and Juliet having hard time with smoke. So far so good. Do you see that little bit of butter leakage at the base of the croissant. Ideally none but not bad for an old lady. We will see about the baguettes in a little while not so sure about them yet.
