It's Thursday, and we are bringing the goods... Hand-breaded chicken fried steak made to order served with scratch mashed potatoes, house special gravy and green beans. The soup is our white cheddar dill, a fan favorite. Things are smelling pretty good in here... Come eat with us!

Today, it's Cajun Hash for lunch. Chunks of grilled prime rib, chicken and andouille sausage, sauteed with potatoes, onion and mushrooms then topped with our house cajun alfredo. This one will stick to your ribs...come eat with us!

It's maple butter sweet potatoes for lunch, with a side salad for lunch. The soup is new, a cheddar cheese with andouille sausage and so so good!

Good morning, Clarksville...

By now, many of you have seen this press release, or heard the whispers and I come to you this morning to thank you.

We are indeed leaving Clarksville, and that is not done lightly or in haste. We came to Clarksville as Pasta Grill in 2009 and you supported us. When we closed and needed a new space, you supported us. When we opened as Kasper's with a whole new menu and theme, you supported us. When Covid hit, and we went to serving family style meals from the parking lot...you supported us and saved us from complete disaster. We have loved you, so very much, and loved serving this community. It is time for us to do the same for another community. A community that needs a Kasper's, just like you did.
I believe in the plan for this beautiful old building...for someone else to come into her and build upon what we have started. Change is good, and there will be new things for you to look forward to here.
When the University is ready to announce their plans for the new ownership....support them like you did us. Keep Kasper's in your hearts and memories...(and come see us in Dardanelle!), but give the new place the opportunity to become someplace you love, just like you loved us. Everything has it's season. Thank you for being such a wonderful season in our life. You have touched us, and we are forever grateful for you. Let's finish the year together, we want to serve each and everyone of you one last time before we close this chapter.

It's Friday and you made it to the weekend! Lunch is a fall favorite. Italian sausage and cornbread stuffed acorn squash. Roasted squash, and savory herbs that say fall has arrived. Served with a side salad. Black lentil with potato and bacon is the soup.
