With a heavy heart, we’re sharing that Bistro La Floraison will be closing at the end of May.
Despite our best efforts, we were unable to secure a renewal of our lease, and this chapter is coming to a close sooner than we ever imagined or intended. You all have been amazing to us - this is not a story of one more restaurant that just couldn’t make it.
The Bistro was our small slice of Paris in the Midwest—a place to celebrate French cuisine, hospitality, and the joy of gathering. This restaurant has been so much more than a space—it’s been a home for our team and a gathering place for so many of you.
We are endlessly grateful for the support, the memories, and the community that has grown around us.
Over the next few weeks, we invite you to join us—to dine, to celebrate, and to say goodbye. Reservations are available on OpenTable through May 30, and we would love to see as many familiar faces as possible before our final service.
