The Roost Breakfast Sandwich

Sausage, egg, melted cheddar, roasted red tomatoes, and garlic herb cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel. Rich, warm, and built for the kind of morning that needs something hearty.

9Bar House Turkey Sandwich

A little throwback to one of our favorite experiences in the Dominican Republic, visiting a coffee plantation and truly seeing the journey of coffee from start to finish. ☕🌱

I even got to plant a coffee tree while we learned firsthand how coffee is grown, harvested, processed, roasted, and eventually served right into the hands of guests at places like 9BAR Coffeehouse. It gave us such a deeper appreciation for every cup we serve here in our shop in Clayton.

We absolutely love being part of this community, not only as your local coffee shop owners, but also as your local real estate team helping families buy and sell homes across North Carolina. 🏡
