Hi everyone! I just wanted to come on here and share my heart a little bit. I’ve been seeing people bash other treat makers for not being able to fullfill their orders. & although yes that does suck, and i know how frustrating it may be not being able to get your goodies on your special or important day. I just need yall to remember we’re also human. We also have a life, and life happens unexpectedly. Whether it’s a family emergency or whatever it may be. We should be able to show more compassion, and extend grace to one another. I’ve myself had emergencies where I wasn’t able to fullfill someone’s order, and I tried to make it right by giving a full refund plus I offer a free cookie set or cake discount if they choose to return. Even sometimes referring them to someone else. I’m blessed enough to say that alot of my clients do end up coming back to rebook because of this, or because they love my product. This being said I know there’s also some new and upcoming treat makers that don’t know how to properly time manage and bite off more than they can chew, trust me, I’ve been there too. I always tell people not to be playing with other people’s money. We all work hard for our money. Sometimes you get what you pay for! So have discernment on that aswelll.. quality over quantity. That being said if I ever do make you something and you’re not happy with the product, don’t be afraid to say something I’ll be more than happy to fix the problem, I’d rather you be happy than to go off and talk bad about me and my business on a minor issue. Customer satisfaction is my priority. Im 10+ years doing this, I love my craft and am always working on ways to perfect it, till this day. Also I do take last minute orders if I’m able to! I love helping people out last minute. But, yes that is all. Thank yall for yalls preference 💖 God Bless.
