A classic delicate sponge baked with pineapple, and dried cranberries, served with a spiced pineapple syrup.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake (GF)
Almond flour crust, dark chocolate cheesecake, and peanut butter cashew cream, with a sprinkle of roasted peanuts and a chocolate drizzle.

Three Cup Tofu and Veggie (GF)
A Foodhi classic, tofu and king oyster mushrooms with peppers, onions, and Thai basil stir fried with our house three cup sauce. Served with rice.

Summer Break
We will be closed June 18th to June 21st for a little summer break. We'll be back the following week with an updated summer menu.
I included myself making kimchi (to put a face behind this madness) and yesterday's Cleveland sunset (because we need balance, and it's gorgeous).
