Are you tired of smelling like french fries and working in grease. How about a nice change... Clean, friendly and simple. We have 6 meats two breads and one cheese, how simple and easy. We make cold sandwiches, no soup, no salad and no hot. We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Jimmy John’s!!!
Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 30 seconds or less, and assisting in customers receiving deliveries in under 12 minutes!

Other than making fast and accurate sandwiches. Inshop Crew Members also take orders over the phone and register, help maintain a clean environment.

We have a fast work pace for a short time (which is fun) and our managers keep the stores upbeat - we're having fun and providing excellent customer service!
Memorizing the menu is just the start of learning about and representing our Fresh Fast product!!

Jimmy John's is one of the top franchises in the country and provides great opportunities for professional growth. Three Lancaster locations are looking to hire Assistant Managers immediately.

Managers are responsible for maintaining store operations and will report directly to the store Area Manager. Managers must demonstrate outstanding customer service and store awareness skills as well as an absolute sense of urgency. Managers must also be able to lead a crew of 5-10 employees, which includes coaching, training, motivating and redirecting staff whenever necessary. Management experience, preferably related to food service, is preferred but not necessary to apply. Position will include a full-time salary as well as monthly performance related bonuses and paid vacation.
