My heart is heavy knowing you’re gone. 💔 I’m grateful our paths crossed, and I’ll always cherish the little moments we'd stopped to just catch up in the grocery stores as we bumped into eachother in a hurry. A truly genuine beautiful person inside and out! You’ll never be forgotten, my friend. Rest peacefully. You will be truly missed. 🕊️❤️ Prayers and Respects to her Family and Loved ones. ❤️ A HUGE THANK YOU FROM ROOTS AUTHENTIC PUERTO RICAN FOOD! ❤️

We want to take a moment to let all of our amazing ROOTS family know just how much we APPRECIATE YOU! Yesterday’s pop-up was incredible! You all came from near and far, including the surrounding areas, and showed us so much love that you SOLD US OUT! We are beyond grateful for every single one of you. You guys truly ROCK! 🙌❤️

We also want to sincerely apologize for the longer-than-usual wait times. Please remember, there is only ONE ME behind all this cooking, and yesterday’s turnout brought in A LOT of orders! 😂 We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support more than you know. We LOVE Y’ALL!

Now, on a more serious note… 👀🏠

It looks like the time has come for ROOTS to take the next big step toward opening the brick-and-mortar location so many of you have been asking for! The love and demand you continue to show us have made it clear that our ROOTS family is growing, and we are ready to explore what that next chapter could look like.

With the increasing number of orders and longer wait times, having a permanent location where you can comfortably come in, sit down, and enjoy the ROOTS experience would be a wonderful next step for our business and our customers.

SO, WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🙏❤️

If you know of a potential location, a property owner, a commercial space available for rent, or someone who could point us in the right direction, PLEASE leave a comment below or reach out to us!

Thank you for continuing to support our small business, share our food, and help us grow. Every order, every share, every kind word, and every recommendation means more to us than you will ever know.

ROOTS is growing because of YOU, and we can't wait to see what God has in store for this next chapter! 🙏❤️🌱

With love and gratitude,
ROOTS Authentic Puerto Rican Food 🇵🇷❤️
