Hate to do it but have to post this again! We are struggling with labor shortages ( especially in this holiday season) 2 waitress had to serve more than 120 customers in 1 hour, it’s a big challenge. We try to serve more people, but busy sometimes is not good, that means service gonna be slow and bad. We didn’t stop tho, but still had ppl mad us. What shall we do?!?! Work slow had those 50 ppl waiting outside or work fast to seat more ppl but service is bad ! Teach us!!! What shall we do??? We are just a family owned noodle house, we don’t have fancy decorations, we don’t have fancy English!! Please, if you come for the food, we will open our arm to hug you anytime. But if you really care the service, please come the slow time, we would like to give you better service ( we will definitely take your order asap, we will do the water refill right away after you shake your cup, we will show you our smile and make you feel proud of us)! We know customer deserves the best service, we wish we were octopus, each one has 8 feet, but we only have 2 feet and 2 hands. We are sad after a long day, none of us had a minute to eat or drink, and still got complained. # We will keep working hard, you guys have a great holidays. Merry Christmas and happy new year! We love you all😭😭😭

A good day meet some old friends

The first half of 2025 is done. It was busy, tiring, touching, and sad. May has been a roller coaster. There were good days and bad days, lots of customers graduating from college. We have made lots of friends and family from this first half of the year. The next half will hopefully be just as prosperous and great. As many of you know, we have closed the restaurant for 6 weeks for our vacation. We have hung up a piece of paper on our door. If anyone goes and takes a selfie with it and post it on Instagram and tag us in it, we will bring you a little souvenir from our trip! Again, thank you for the support and we will see everyone on the first of July as we reopen!
