My mother. My dearest, sweetest, strongest, most beautiful mother. Your voice soothes. Your stories bring wonder. Your wisdom supplants the ways of this world. Your love conquers all. You are my reason for my being, my breathing, and for my walking out into the world with the courage to love another day. You taught me how to give, sing, laugh, cry, and cherish my daughter. You taught me my first chords on the guitar. You showed me strength and endurance through your illness when I was such a child, how to forgive and love during the darkest days of my troubled mind, and how to always maintain hope for a brighter thru your own life story. I cannot express the gratitude, the love, and the joy I feel to be your son. To have such a mom as you is a blessing that nothing can come close to. Our relationship is so special and dear to my heart. I can still feel your strong and graceful fingers running thru my hair, and the comfort of your cuddles. I can still hear your voice singing me lullabies - so soft and sweet… a melodious masterpiece. Everything you are is perfect to me. Every triumph and tribulation has made you the strong woman and mother you are, and you have worked tirelessly to impart those fruits onto me. I will always love you, cherish you, and be in awe of you. I LOVE YOU, MOM ❤️
