These two sweet pups are headed to the vet tomorrow, thanks to FIDO’s Companion Rescue. 🐶

There’s a third dog we can’t show you. He was badly hurt by his owner and is in surgery today to repair a fracture. His case is under investigation, and his surgery alone will cost $3,500.

This is the work FIDO’s volunteers do every day: pulling dogs out of neglect and abuse and giving them the care, safety and love they deserve.

That’s why we’re doing Hallowieners. 🌭 Tomorrow, Wednesday 10/28, every $25 contest fee goes 100% to FIDO’s. And Wednesday through Saturday, 15% of ALL sales, dine-in or carryout, goes to the rescue.

Come eat, come cheer, and help us cover this little guy’s surgery. 🧡

Meet Spot. 🐶

Spot is 11 years old, and one of the dogs in FIDO’s Companion Rescue’s palliative care program, for senior dogs and dogs with serious medical needs who still deserve love and comfort at the end of their lives.

Spot had a hard start. He doesn’t let many people touch him, but he loves other dogs, and his crate is his safe place. His foster mom, Gayl, has cared for him for five and a half years. 🧡

He recently started arthritis medication, and it’s helped him tremendously. Between his food and meds, Spot’s care costs over $150 every month. FIDO’s believes he’s worth every penny, and so do we.

That’s why we’re doing Hallowieners. This Wednesday, October 28, the $25 contest fee for our foot-long eating contest goes 100% to FIDO’s Companion Rescue. And Wednesday through Saturday, 15% of all sales, dine-in, carryout, and gift card purchases that day, goes to pups like Spot.

Come eat, come cheer, or just come have dinner. Every bit helps. 🐾
