Up until now, Saed has lived behind closed doors. Private events, intimate gatherings, and spaces kept tucked away for secret celebrations.

We’ve been fortunate to share some beautiful moments with the people on the other side of those doors, and their words have stayed with us.

On November 14th, the doors are finally opening.

For one evening, we’re inviting you to take a seat at our table to experience it for yourself.

Saed Supper Club at Fitzgerald’s W**e Bar.

Picture a crisp autumn evening in Ashtabula Harbor. The historic storefronts along Bridge Street glow warmly against the evening sky, and tucked among them, a little w**e shop is waiting to welcome you in.

Inside, Chef Daniel Bolaños, a James Beard Foundation Legacy Network alumnus, has prepared an extraordinary evening around the table.

Four seasonal courses, served family-style. Three beautiful w**es thoughtfully paired by Fitzgerald’s. Candlelight, conversation, and the pleasure of a meal meant to be savored.

On November 14, Saed Supper Club and Fitzgerald’s W**e Bar invite you to experience it for yourself.

One evening only. Reservations are now open.

Good food has a way of bringing people together, and that’s always been at the heart of what we do at Saed.

We’re excited to share that our Executive Chef and Co-Founder, Daniel Bolaños, will be joining some of Cleveland’s finest culinary talent for the 2026 Autism Speaks Chef Gala!

It’s a privilege to do what we love, especially when it means contributing to something meaningful within our community. We’re looking forward to an evening of incredible food, familiar faces, and new connections, all in support of a wonderful cause.

Join us November 12 at Hotel Cleveland. We’d love to see you there!

The smallest details matter the most.

From what’s on the plate to the people, ingredients and pieces that bring an evening together, we want every part of a Saed experience to feel intentional.

So when Emily of wildflower wurld created this custom chef coat for Chef Daniel, complete with a hand-stitched Saed detail, it felt like such a perfect extension of what we’re building. Thoughtful, one of a kind, and made by another local creative who cares about the details just as much as we do.

We got to put it to work at our supper club with Santé | Mission-Driven Supper Club , with Chloe Michal lending an extra set of hands in the kitchen and beautiful microgreens from Wild Patch Microgreens finishing the plates.

And of course, all of these little moments were captured so beautifully by . 🤍

Thank you, Emily, for making something so special for us. We have a feeling this coat is going to see a lot of really good dinners.

After months of planning, dreaming, and building, our investment campaign is officially open.

Over the next 48 hours, we’re working toward our first milestone: $2,500.

That’s just 25 people investing $100 in the future of Saed.

If you’ve been cheering us on from the sidelines, this is your chance to be part of the journey.

We appreciate your support more than you know.

What people call “luck” usually looks a lot like years spent learning hospitality, building systems, refining menus, managing events, washing dishes, answering inquiries at midnight, and showing up even when things get hard.

Saed wasn’t built overnight — it’s being built service by service, market by market, and event by event.

A special thanks to our loyal team and vendors like and who help us make the magic happen. ✨
