I wanted to answer a few questions we often hear. Please keep in mind that NOTHING we serve comes from a freezer and is prepared fresh everyday. We don’t have a team tending to pits 24/7. So, when we’re sold out or short on certain selections, we can’t just go grab another fresh prime brisket out the cooler and it automatically be ready. With prime briskets and other products at an all time high, we prepare very well, but we do prepare and intend to sell out everyday until we find balance. Yes, there are large chains who do not sell out because they have 1000 gallon pits w/ 6-8 pit masters tending to them 24/7 or pre-cooked refrigerated briskets in a freezer ready to reheat 😕 We can’t afford to have any food waste. We trust that everyone understands our side as we ONLY want to prepare and serve fresh craft BBQ every time to our awesome and amazing customers!!! Thank you in advance for your understanding and we will see everyone soon!!!
