Thirty years. Countless memories. One incredible community.

What started as a neighborhood deli became a place where friendships were made, traditions were born, and thousands of sandwiches found their way across the counter.

After three weeks of voting with your stomachs, debating at the counter, and rallying behind your favorites, we’re down to the final two.

One is piled high with thin-sliced beef and peppers. The other is a saucy legend that has won hearts for 30 years.

Now it’s time to decide which sandwich will be crowned the champion of our 30th Anniversary Great Sandwich Showdown.

Saturday was something special.

For 30 years, A Taste of Italy has been more than a deli. It’s been a place where friendships were made, traditions were started, stories were shared, and generations gathered around the same table.

As we celebrated “30 Years, One Table,” we were humbled by the incredible turnout. Familiar faces who have been with us for decades sat alongside first-time visitors experiencing A Taste of Italy for the very first time. That’s exactly what this celebration was about.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a memory, pulled up a chair, and became part of the story. Seeing our community gathered together reminded us that while sandwiches may bring people through the door, it’s the people who make this place what it is.

To our longtime regulars, thank you for making us part of your lives.

To our new friends, welcome to the table.

Here’s to the memories we’ve shared, the friendships we’ve built, and the many more years ahead.
