Hello all of our Gastro followers and loyals! I made a decision for 2026 that, despite my love for them, I’m doing minimal pop ups moving forward. If you are having an event/pop up feel free to reach out and we can see if it’s a fit for us and our style of food. It wasn’t an easy decision but in a very saturated market, I felt it best to continue catering for all of your events, parties, celebrations of all kinds. When you think of a food truck…open your mind to much more possibilities. We do it all and with your vision at the forefront because isn’t it about you?🤷🏻♀️ Whether you choose a food truck menu, a coursed dinner for 12, a buffet, stations, cocktail hour hors d oeuvres…we do it.
