Well...it's done. We finished moving out and cleaning up (even though we didn't have a deposit 🤷🏼‍♀️)
If you are a vendor that had your items for sale in the restaurant we will be getting in touch this week.

Thank you all so much! There are several people who went out of their way to help us and we will forever be grateful. You know who you are! ❤️
As we have said before, we may be closing this location but we are not done. Keep an eye out for events and festivals that we will be participating in.

Thank you all so much for coming out to support us one last time!
For those of you who couldn't make it out, just know that all of your messages, comments and posts touched our hearts. We really do appreciate all of you, near and far.

We will be keeping this page open to announce upcoming community dinners and festivals that we will be participating in.

We may be closing this location but we not done!

So, happy new year and keep an eye out for things to come!

Ladies and gentlemen, friends and neighbors....

It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing our closure as of January 1, 2023. We just can't survive the inflation and this economy.

We will be open this Friday and Saturday for New Year's Eve but that will be the end of our ride here at Stronghold Cafe.

So come join us one last time before we bid you farewell.

Merry Christmas everyone!
Just dropping by to let everyone know that we are closed this weekend to celebrate the holiday with family.
We will be back next weekend on Friday & Saturday! Sunday, Jan 1st we will be closed

Hello everyone! We hope you are doing well. Dirk is feeling much better and ready to come back to work!
However, I (Belle) got sick right after he did. I'm much better but because of when I last had a fever we have to postpone opening this weekend to Saturday 😬
We just don't want to take the chance that any of us could share this awful flu. We did test for the big C and, fortunately, that was not what we had.

Thank you all for your support and we will see you on Saturday! ☺️

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

We had planned to be open today however Dirk woke up this morning pretty sick with a fever 🤒

So that's that. 😮‍💨 We are so sorry if this makes anything inconvenient for anyone but it just can't be helped right now.
We will be back next week for our regular business hours.

Dinner includes Roasted Potatoes, a choice of grilled Asparagus or grilled Carrots, a Garden Salad AND Dessert! All for $20!!!

If you're in the mood for Surf'N'Turf you can add Shrimp Scampi to your order for another $5.

As everyone is well aware, this economy is taking it's toll on everyone and every industry. With that said, we have made the decision to adjust our hours and our menu in order to continue doing business.

We will now be open Friday thru Sunday. Friday and Saturday 11-9 & Sunday 11-5.

We are also happy to announce that we are putting more focus on our bakery options. We will be selling breads and pastries at some of the local farmers markets and by online orders. The menu for online will be announced in the days to come with a link and a way to pay electronically.

We will have to elminate some of our menu items as they are just too hard to obtain or the price has sky-rocketed beyond what anyone would want to pay for. BUT, that leaves us with an opportunity to explore new dishes & quisine!

As always, we truly do appreciate the love and support that we have, far & near.
