Our new Strawberry Lemonade 🍓 Cake sold out last night, but we’ve restocked for tonight’s pizza farm festivities. Featuring homemade lemon cake, strawberry frosting, and hidden layers of strawberry puree and lemon curd, it’s the perfect sweet ending to a summer meal.

The weather is looking beautiful, and Woodland Springs will be bringing their upbeat bluegrass sound to the farm from 5–8 PM.

And if you missed it last night, the Vampire Slayer is now back and proving once again why it’s a seasonal favorite. Fresh roasted garlic scapes, scape pesto, creamy Alfredo, feta, onions, and a touch of chipotle make for one seriously crave-worthy pizza. We have plenty of scapes ready, so your garlic cravings will be satisfied for the next few weeks.

🌻 A little sunshine on a drizzly day. 🌻

Our first sunflower bouquet of the season made its appearance this week and brought some cheer to the farm kitchen today.

The U-Pick flower field still needs more time, but the Herb House is bursting with lush basil, colorful blooms, and all the charm of a fairy garden. It’s one of our favorite spots to wander while waiting for pizza.

Loaded with garlic scapes fresh from the farm, it’s a seasonal favorite that only comes around for a short time each year.

🧄 Garlic Scape Update 🧄

A few guests have noticed that our seasonal menu mentions the return of the Vampire Slayer in June and have been wondering when it will be back.

At Suncrest, our seasonal menu follows the farm—not the calendar.

The star of the Vampire Slayer is fresh garlic scapes harvested right here on the farm. While June has arrived, the scapes are still growing and need a little more time in the field before they’re ready for your pizzas.

The good news? The garlic crop is looking beautiful, and we’re expecting our first harvest around the third week of June.

Thanks for your patience as we let nature set the schedule. We think the wait will be worth it. 🌱

🌿 The rain has cleared, and it’s shaping up to be a beautiful evening at the farm!

Join us tonight as Crooked Willow fills the gardens with live music from 5–8 PM.

We’re also introducing a new seasonal dessert this weekend: Rhubarb Raspberry Crumble Bars. Sweet-tart rhubarb and raspberries come together in a jammy filling, topped with a buttery oat crumble that’s crisp, golden, and full of early summer flavor.

Pair it with a wood-fired pizza, a rhubarb lemonade, or one of our house cocktails and enjoy a relaxing June evening in the gardens.

We took roasted rhubarb, mellowed it with garlic, paired it with tender chicken, a little jalapeño heat, and melty mozzarella—then finished it with fresh arugula and a balsamic drizzle over a light, creamy base.

It’s savory, a little tangy, a little bold—and unlike anything else on the menu.

This one surprised us… in the best way.
