CAR D’LANE, FATHER’S DAY, & IRONMAN: We’ll have our full menu of donuts both days for these events/holiday, including some of our most popular donuts like Créme Brûlée, along with NEW donut experiences like the Strawberry Rhubarb “Spring Jam” donut with that irresistible thyme sugar.

That’s joined by the very limited, made-to order Affogato Donut, and a just maybe an offering from our Series 01 • Forest Flavors initiative that you’ll just have to find out about later...

NICARAGUA COLD BREW
White Grape • Blueberry • Chocolate

Slow-steeped to highlight the natural character of this special coffee, our Nicaragua Cold Brew opens with bright notes of white grape and ripe blueberry before settling into a smooth chocolately finish. Clean, refreshing, and naturally sweet, it showcases the balance and complexity that make Nicaraguan coffees so approachable and memorable.

Served cold and crafted from carefully sourced beans roasted in-house. Optional cream and simple syrup for sweetener.

STRAWBERRY LEMONADE
Chef-Made Organic Strawberry Syrup • Organic Lemon Juice • Purified Berkey Water • Organic Strawberry Compote

Made entirely in-house from whole, organic lemons, strawberries, and sugar. This strawberry lemonade is sweet and refreshing, served over ice. Perfect for the warm weather this weekend as you cruise through Car d’Lane or need a refresher during Ironman! Kids will love it too.

Introducing Calm Balm

Raised Brioche • Lemon Balm Icing • Lavender Snow • Fresh Lemon Balm • Dried Lavender

Inspired by the calming herbs often found in spring and summer gardens, Calm Balm brings together lemon balm and lavender in a thoughtful seasonal build. Our raised brioche donut is dipped in a lemon balm icing, highlighting the herb’s naturally bright citrus character. A lavender snow made from tapioca and coconut oil is layered over the top, creating a light texture and delicate floral sweetness. Fresh lemon balm and dried lavender are added to finish, reinforcing the flavors throughout the donut.

Fresh, aromatic, and built around ingredients traditionally known for their calming qualities.

Featured as a very seasonal offering and prepared in limited quantities.

Introducing Series 01 • Forest Flavors - a limited Lantern Donuts experience. EXCLUSIVELY HAND-FORAGED IN NORTH IDAHO.

All Wild. Some Weird. All Wonderful.
SPRING/SUMMER 2026

We have an incredible forager who is going out into the deep mountains of North Idaho and bringing us local forest ingredients to make donuts out of all spring and summer. Think everything from Morels to berries, to Fiddlehead Fern. Anything edible and delicious.

The first two donuts in this series were secretly soft-launched last week to a great reception, and will be available in very limited quantities this week (and maybe into next week if supplies last).

No pre-orders, and these won’t be on Doordash. The only way to get one is to come in to Lantern and try them.

We’re also only making about a dozen each day, and depending on the ingredient, they may only be available for 1-3 weeks.

Surprise flavors will be announced as well, and will drop as soon as the forest yields up its next ingredients, so be sure to follow us and get on our VIP email or text list so you never miss a drop!

Without further ado, here’s our first two donuts in this Series 01 • Forest Flavors series, available until they run out!



Fir + Fern
Fir Tip Icing • Candied Fiddlehead Fern and Fir Tips • Fir Tip Whipped Cream

Our local forager went deep into the mountains to handpick fresh fir tips that were just budding out, and the tender tips of the Fiddlehead Fern. Our chef took these beautiful ingredients and turned them into an incredibly fresh donut that smells like a walk in the spring forest, and tastes fresh and sweet.

The Morel
Cold Brew & Coral Mushroom Icing • Candied Morel Mushrooms • Coral Mushroom Powdered Sugar

Morels and Coral mushrooms are some of the first ingredients you can get from the local North Idaho forest in the springtime, and we had to make sure to include these wild ingredients in our first release. We made a cold brew icing from our coffee, infused with Coral Mushrooms, and turned the morels into a deliciously crunchy and mildly sweet candy. Finished with a Coral Mushroom Powdered Sugar we created in house.

Flower baskets up, Créme Brûlée Donut back in downtown Coeur d’Alene. The iconic caramelized sugar top hat that glows in the spring sunshine. The fluffy raised brioche donut. An incredible vanilla bean creme brulee custard inside.

The perfect treat whether you’ve lived in North Idaho your whole life, or are visiting CDA for the first time. Foodies say it’s a must-try, and even casual donut lovers can’t get over the satisfying crack of the sugar and the delicious crunch that offsets the softness of the dough and smooth cream filling.

Try it the next time you’re in downtown. Pickup to go or enjoy on the sunny patio. DoorDash if you’re further away and need it delivered. Fresh made from scratch daily by our incredible pastry chef. Pair with a cup of exceptional brewed coffee.

Old Fashioned Cake Donut • Fresh Juiced Green Apple Icing • Toffee Bits

A bright take on a classic old fashioned cake donut. Our signature cake base is finished with a house-made icing created from freshly juiced green apples, bringing natural tartness and clean sweetness. Toffee bits are added over the top, to bring a caramelized, buttery crunch that complements the apple without overwhelming it. A little reminiscent of that candy caramel apple you loved from the fair.

Introducing Donas de Mayo

Raised Brioche Donut • Mezcal Lime Vanilla Bean Icing • Lime Coconut Sugar Crunch • White Chocolate Lime Truffle • Lime Zest • Sea Salt

Giving you a vacation without leaving CDA, Donas de Mayo brings together zesty lime, vanilla, and a delicious mezcal. Our raised brioche donut is dipped in a special icing we make with that mezcal, along with lime, and vanilla bean, giving the glaze a clean citrus edge with that slightly smoky depth. A lime coconut sugar crunch made in house in a multi-day process is layered over the top for texture, while a white chocolate truffle infused with lime zest sits at the center. A light finish of sea salt rounds out the build.

Fresh, citrus-forward, and layered with contrast throughout.

Donas de Mayo is featured as a seasonal offering and prepared in limited quantities for your enjoyment.
