I’m in shock by the amount of people who like their teriyaki really really hot. So I had to make a “special” extra extra hot teriyaki sauce. To some it still isn’t hot enough.

What is the importance of clean eating in your life? At 16, I started experiencing gut issues, prompting me to investigate the cause. Following a prolonged period of experimentation, I determined that our food supply was responsible for my health concerns. As a result, I have gained insight into the benefits of consuming simple, minimally processed ingredients and their positive impact on my health. This understanding inspired the creation of Madd Chicken Teriyaki, a restaurant dedicated to providing customers with genuine, wholesome food. To maintain our high standards, we import mayonnaise from New Jersey, ensuring its production with 100% avocado oil rather than seed oils. Moreover, we choose tallow over seed oil for frying our gyoza and fries.
