Dear SCP friends & family,

It is with a heavy heart that I must share some unfortunate news: Spindle City Pizza will cease operations as of March 30th. Making this decision was incredibly difficult, but as a sole proprietor, with a minimalist support team on hand only a few hours per week, facing lingering health uncertainties, it is a necessary step.

In the remaining days, we will offer a limited menu until items are depleted, and regrettably, we will not be restocking inventory before closing. Keep an eye on Facebook as options and inventory change; I'll update the best I can.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Whether you have been a loyal guest for years, or have just recently discovered us, your unwavering support has been the driving force behind this journey. Your patronage has spurred incredible transformations and adjustments in a remarkably short span of time. The knowledge gained, the laughter shared, and the memories created during the past two years will always be cherished.

While this closure is not intended to be permanent, it is a necessary measure aimed at prioritizing my health. My intention is to return with an enhanced version of Spindle City Pizza at some point in the future. Our page will remain active, featuring weekly video recipes and updates on gluten-free discoveries in the area.

I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to connect with each of you in the coming days as we wrap up operations. Though this news may be disheartening, I am confident that brighter days lie ahead, and I look forward to them with optimism & enthusiasm.

Last night brought an unexpected twist in our (no longer!) missing buddy, Rico's journey! 🌟 After being missing since November, he was finally tracked down ... all the way across the city, in Watervliet! Despite the chilly weather and shedding a few pounds during his adventures, Rico is now back home, safe and snug with his relieved human parents! ❤️ Can you believe it's been almost 4 months since he went missing? The entire community rallied together in search of him, and your unwavering support and efforts have made all the difference. Rico is one resilient feline, and we're overjoyed to have him back where he belongs! 🐱💕

Edit #1. Well, that didn't take long, haha ... Less than 15 minutes after posting this, FOX announced they'll be postponing the race until Monday at 4pm. Lucky for us, a little bit of rain can't ruin a good deal ... So we're running with the specials anyway!!

Dear Friends,

Wow, what a whirlwind week it's been! Never in a million years could I have anticipated just how bustling things would get for the Super Bowl and Valentine's Day. Our little corner has been buzzing with excitement, and I'm thrilled to say that we are completely sold out of everything!

I am beyond grateful and deeply humbled by the overwhelming support we've received, especially from those in the GF community. Your encouragement and enthusiasm mean the world to me.

So, from the bottom of my heart, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you. Your patronage and kindness have been the driving force behind our success.

This week has been a true testament to our vision, and it's clear that we're onto something special. We'll be taking all the valuable feedback we've received to heart as we finalize our menu after numerous test runs.

I must also extend my sincere apologies for running out of food. I was completely blindsided by the sheer volume of orders and the incredible outpouring of support. But rest assured, I've learned valuable lessons from this experience, and I'll be much more prepared for future holidays and events.

Thank you once again for believing in us and for being a part of this incredible journey. Here's to many more memorable moments together!
