Our sister restaurant is hosting Margarita Wars: Summer Style in Cromwell tomorrow night and we have tickets available!

Check out The Melody Room at The 1851 tomorrow night at 6pm and sip margaritas, nibble appetizers and maybe hit a few golf balls at Torza's Driving Range while you're there. Tickets available here:

Chris Marolda is playing outside on the patio this evening until 9 PM! Join us for a beautiful night on the patio with tacos, margaritas and delicious specials for the last day of Spring. Bring on Summer 2026!

Live music is here every weekend this month at Fresca! Join us out on the patio for these awesome local artists (weather permitting) or inside the cantina from 6-9pm. We think tacos and tequila just goes better with some live music! Our new summer menu will be here next week as well with some fresh seafood additions and tropical cocktails and margaritas.

Fresca is moving to an exciting, new POS system and as such, online ordering is down tonight (until we get a few glitches worked out) so please CALL US at 860-531-9234 and we’ll take your order over the phone! There will be a new loyalty program, online gift card sales and lots of new perks with this new system (including delivery soon!)
