For the past 15 years my wife, Debbie and I have enjoyed making wood fired pizzas at weddings, rehearsal dinners, public events, and more. We’ve met so many wonderful people and made many friends over the years. That’s what makes this decision so difficult, but it’s time to move on and start another chapter in our lives. All of this would not have been possible without the support of our community and friends. Special thanks goes to Laurie and the entire team at Sam Mazzas Farm Market. They suggested we bring our oven to their location on weekends, we did, and the successful journey began. Soon catering followed and we added Thursday nights at Snow Farm Vineyard &Winery. Great music, wine and Philly cheesesteaks from our new friends at The Sausage Shack. Thanks to my friend Senator Dick Mazza for his guidance, and the use of his commercial kitchen. Most of all thanks to all that joined us in making pizzas, and serving at all of our events, sunny days, freezing temperatures, and even a few severe thunderstorms! Thank you for your hard work and being fun to work with, Cathey Valley, Beth Bartlett, Mariah Whitcomb, Lindsay Holmes, and Katie Klupa, we couldn’t have done it without you! Thanks to everyone we’ve met along the way, and allowing me to pursue one of my dreams of making and creating delicious pizzas. Hope to see you all again, but this time someone will be serving us!! Ciao! Grazie!
