Hey Guys!!

I am truly humbled and grateful for the opportunity to sit down with Heath Riles as a guest on the Shootin’ The Que Podcast.

Looking back over the past year, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the blessings, opportunities, and experiences that barbecue has brought into my life. From winning the 2025 World Junior BBQ League Championship, to earning a Top 10 finish with 9th Place Overall at the Rib Association World Championships, and most recently capturing the 2026 Memphis in May Patio Porkers Championship, this journey has been filled with hard work, perseverance, friendship, and memories that will last a lifetime.

None of these accomplishments happen alone. They are the result of incredible mentors, supportive friends, loyal sponsors, and a barbecue family that has encouraged me every step of the way.

A special thank you to Heath, Mrs. Kandace, and the entire Heath Riles BBQ family for believing in me, investing in me, and allowing me to represent a brand that stands for excellence both on and off the competition trail. Your support, guidance, and friendship mean more to me than words can adequately express.

Being able to share my story and discuss this incredible journey on Shootin’ The Que was an honor that I will never forget. I am excited for what the future holds and look forward to continuing to represent the people and brands who have helped make these accomplishments possible.

Hey Guys!!

Still trying to let it sink in… TEAM BUGSYQUE brought home the 🏆 Patio Porkers Championship at Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest!!

What started as a weekend of smoke, late nights, fire management, and nonstop laughs with BBQ family turned into one of the biggest moments of my BBQ journey. There’s just something special about cooking in Memphis… the atmosphere, the people, the music, the pressure, and that feeling when those smokers are rolling all night long.

We cooked our hearts out and left it all on the pit. From trimming meat to final turn-ins, every second mattered — and this time, everything came together at the right moment.

I’m beyond thankful for every person who stopped by the site, sent a message, cheered me on, shared a post, helped behind the scenes, or simply believed in Team BugsyQue. Y’all have no idea how much that support means.

Huge shoutout to all my sponsors, BBQ family, friends, and competitors that make this sport what it is. BBQ is competition, but it’s also family… and that’s what makes wins like this even sweeter.
