Everyone has been asking what the menu will look like at The Roux. We'll definitely be keeping some of your favorites from 3C's Grill, but we'll also be adding a few new items. Before we finalize our menu, we want to hear from YOU!

Friendly Reminder - 3Cs Grill will be closed for the Christmas weekend as well as the New Year weekend - AND... wait for it - will be reopening in January under new ownership.

You WILL STILL be seeing the same familiar faces (Bessie & Crew) and many things will stay the same, (Including the shrimp tacos lol).

Selling 3Cs Grill after almost 8 years in business is very bittersweet. As many of you know, 2021 really put some things into perspective for Ricky and me. With the cancer diagnosis in March and losing my daddy in June, I have felt the need to spend more time being "available" to family and friends. When the opportunity presented itself to sell, we made the decision that now was the time.

To all of the dear friends and customers we have met over the past 8 years, and to those we have known forever- THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT! You will see us sitting at a table or booth enjoying our meal from the other side of the bar on a regular basis.

Thank you to all of our employees, both past and present, and to our customers, without whom we would never have been the success we are. Please continue to support the new owners, Matt and Rachelle Williams, just as we will.
