After all the votes and comments, we've decided to roll with Brisket & Pulled Pork Nachos as next week's special!

Now here's where it gets interesting...

Considering Snoop's chips are absolutely ridiculous, we've been kicking around the idea of building these nachos on top of SNOOP'S chips. 😎

We think it would make for one seriously over the top plate of nachos, but before we do it, we've gotta ask...

🔥 NOW HIRING at Paints BBQ 🔥

We're looking for someone to join the crew!

Requirements:

✅ Valid driver's license
✅ Willingness to learn
✅ Weekend availability

This is a fast-paced environment, but we like to keep things fun and work as a team.
New hires will start out helping in the dish area and with general cleanup. As you learn the operation, there will be opportunities to move into food prep, wood splitting, fire management, and other responsibilities around the pit.

Starting pay is $15/hour, with opportunities for increases based on your ability to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute to the team.

If you're dependable, motivated, and interested in learning the craft of barbecue, we'd love to hear from you.

🚨Let’s switch things up a little and have some fun!

One of the reasons we keep our menu relatively small is so we can stay focused on quality. We'd rather do a handful of things exceptionally well than try to do everything half 🫏'd.

So we're kicking around the idea of running some occasional specials and stepping a little off the beaten path from time to time.
