It's going to be very busy around the marina and restaurant today. There is a tree company that has the road blocked in front of the property but both driveways are accessible from opposite directions. This work should be completed by 11:30ish. There is a party at 1pm at the restaurant and the parking lot will be crowded. All of this will be cleared out by 4pm.

If you have a bicycle or two in the screened room for the bathhouse please let me know how to unlock them by pm. I will need to move them for a couple days while I clean the room. Thanks.

We have slips available for everything from 50' to 16' and in between. We have drive on jetski docks as well.

If you received an email from Quickbooks today please disregard it and contact me directly if you have questions about your slip, or anything else. We tried a new app and it was not what we thought we were getting. We will stick to the old ways moving forward. Thank you for your patience.

We are getting the marina together slowly but the weather is a real pain. The bathrooms should be open by April 1. Please remember to make your payment so we don't give your slip away. If you need to discuss your slip with us just give me a call. As usual we will find a way for most everyone to return to their slip of choice. Fingers crossed for great Spring weather.

Good morning from Bayside Marina. Hopefully this is the end of the snow and ice and a chance to start enjoying warmer weather. I will be sending an email out to our slip holders to see who is looking forward to enjoying another season. If you are planning to stay or have found new arrangements you can let me know when you have a chance. We are looking forward to seeing everyone.

Good morning Bayside Marina boat owners. The marina is closed and we ask that you wait until we can clear the ice and give the all clear for you to venture out to your boats. It is more dangerous than I have ever seen it at the marina. The docks are solid ice.

We had to turn the water to the docks off early. The bathroom is still up and the 🧊 ice is still up.

High water at the marina and in town. Power is off at the marina until we get a few good times. Hopefully, tomorrow is back to normal.

The marina is fine. The boats are all doing fine. The power will be back on this evening after the next high tide. Thank you for your patience.

Colonial Beach is now under a Flood Warning! That means flooding is imminent. We are expected to get as much as two feet or more above ground level with the high tides tomorrow Sunday early. This will start Saturday night. The power will be turned off tonight to the marina. The flooding is expected through Monday. If you are moving you boats you will need to do that today.
