KB Coffee & Bakery is NOW OPEN 🎉🥳 please show her your love this week! She’s open 8-4 today and has alllll the fall drinks and treats!

Earlier this year, our coffee kiosk client Pine to Peak Espresso decided she wanted to do something else and asked for help finding someone to buy her business.

Today, our baker client re-opened the stand as KB Coffee & Bakery and I'm sitting in a very long line posting this. We are SO proud of both of you, Rachel and Kelly! Two awesome women in their 20s doing the damn thing! I got here just in time to document the changing of the guard.

This is what it's about folks. Dream it, build it, enjoy the hell out of it then pivot and go bigger. We truly love our clients!

Thank you to everyone who left such kind messages on our closing announcement last weekend ❤️ Reminder that our last day open is going to be Saturday, 9-14! With that date approaching we will no longer be handing out new punchcards. We will be punching cards already in use though, so make sure to try and fill them up before we close!

Also, with us in the process of closing we may not be offering or out of things like certain syrup flavors or food items as we try to downsize and use up what we have on hand. We hope you can understand!

Happy Labor Day! We hope you all are having a relaxing long weekend. We’ll have some adjustments in the hours tomorrow as we’ll be opening a couple hours later due to the holiday. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday 🙂

☕️🥳ANNOUNCEMENT🥳☕️
We have some bittersweet news to share with you all…. Pine To Peak’s last day of business will be Saturday, September 14th. After many months of deliberation we have decided to not renew our lease and close this current chapter of our lives. Please note that this is not because of lack of business or support. While yes it has been challenging to run a business in the state that the economy is in, the reality is that we are a military family and went into this venture knowing we weren’t going to be in Colorado forever. With those factors it just made the most sense to part ways with the business at this time.

Now onto the good newssssss ✨ a lot of you have met Kelly since she has been working here since June. She has her own successful bakery business and is taking over the space in September! She wholesales her cookies and cake pops that we sell here at the stand so a lot of you are already familiar with her face & her products. I’ve trained her on all my drinks and measurements and she’s planning to keep a lot of the drinks that you’ve come to know and love and will essentially just be expanding her food menu on top of that. You’ll have much more to choose from now. ❤️ Please give her a follow and come out and support her after she plans to open around the last week of September! She’ll be posting all her updates on everything that’s in plan for this space.

We truly cannot say enough about how awesome all of you have been as a customer base and how much support you all have shown us since we opened 2 years ago to this date. We’ve seen some of you through engagements, weddings, job promotions, new family additions, cross-country moves, and all other important life milestones. Thank you for sharing all these parts of your lives with us ❤️ We hope you all will come out to see us and say goodbye to us in these last few weeks in business.
