All ice cream ain't created equal.

There's cheap ice cream like Blue Bunny.
There's Blue Bell.
And then there's whatever this is, let's call this an S Tier ice cream.

Inspired by a campfire at Great Sand Dunes National Park, this last Supper Club gathering got to witness what I call Hickory Smoked Ice Cream.
Best described as a campfire marshmallow and ice cream having a baby together.

Simple in concept but not in ex*****on, this concoction consists of eggs, sugar and cream but delivered layers upon layers of flavor. Smokey but not bitter, sweet but not cloying this was the perfect accompaniment to our Benne Peanut Butter Chess Pie.

Closing out this Sunday evening with some unfortunate news but our upcoming all you can eat Wing night will unfortunately be cancelled. All ticket holders have been notified and we are working to find new dates for July to reschedule.

The Supper Club is expanding and moving up the Front Range! Denver, Castle Rock and surrounding areas this one's for you! You'll now be able to experience the Supper Club without the long drive down to Colorado Springs so pass the word along!
