Courthouse Co is a mobile food + drink trailer serving handcrafted açaí bowls, whole-fruit smoothies, fresh fruit cups, parfaits, small-batch cold brew, and specialty drinks across the greater Colorado Springs area. We serve cold brew coffee- slowed brewed to extract a smooth, rich flavor and paired with handcrafted syrups. Additionally, we have variety of other cold drinks including specialty lem

onades, spritzers, iced tea and more. We proudly offer an assortment of desserts and prepackaged foods that have been made by local artisans. Inspired by our love of mountains and our career in law enforcement, it only seemed appropriate to name our little trailer after the striking peak, Courthouse Mountain, found in the San Juan Mountains in southern Colorado. You can find The Courthouse at local events and pop-ups around El Paso and Douglas Counties. We also book for weddings, birthdays, showers, corporate events, conferences and private parties.

Our first new location starts this Wednesday at Eastview Medical Center off Powers & N. Carefree We’re excited to make it easier for even more of you to grab your favorite drinks and açaí bowls throughout the week.

Then Friday we’re back at Meridian Ranch Rec Center and Saturday at our favorite market, the Backyard Market in BF 🧡🧡

Each kit makes six 20 oz lattes and includes:
• 32 oz cold brew concentrate (choose regular or bourbon-infused)
• House-made brown sugar cinnamon syrup
• Gluten-free oat milk
• 6 cups, lids & straws
$31 per kit. DM us to reserve your kit for pickup at the trailer Wednesday through Friday this week.

Why “Courthouse” is a question we get asked a lot. Shortly after moving to Colorado, we fell in love with the San Juan Mountains and chose to name our business after Courthouse Mountain. Our logo is a hand drawn illustration of this striking peak. If you’re a fan of the movie True Grit, you may recognize Courthouse Mountain from the scene filmed near Chimney Rock. Now that whole area is burning in the Gold Mountain Fire. Watching these fires has been sad for us because they have burned up to “our” mountain. While it’s just one landmark among so many treasures in Colorado, it holds a special place in our hearts.
And while fire can play an important role in renewing healthy forests, our hearts are with the families who have lost their homes and the communities forever changed by these fires.

Just saw the latest maps and it appears everything you see in this photo is on fire. Chimney Rock and Courthouse Mountain on Owl Creek Pass, Uncompahgre Wilderness, Ridgeway, Colorado. My photo here was taken October 4th, 2022.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by today at the Backyard Market in BF We loved getting to be a small part of your holiday weekend! As you celebrate today, we hope you have a fun, safe, and memorable Fourth of July with the people you love. We’re thinking of all of the firefighters working tirelessly to protect our communities, and we’re incredibly grateful for their hard work and sacrifice. And we’re also thankful for the men and women- both past and present- whose service and sacrifice have protected the freedoms we enjoy every day.

One of my favorite summer childhood memories is my dad making homemade strawberry ice cream. Our strawberries & cream smoothie is made with just strawberries, juice, a splash of our sweet cream, and naturally colored with blue spirulina. It’s our red, white, and blue take on my summertime favorite.
