I’ve put off this post for the past week. It’s hard to type. Even harder to fathom. But sometimes we make decisions that are hard, knowing it is the best for our future. Tossed has been serving deliciously healthy salads, wraps, and more, since November 2021. Our very first event was at , and our very last event will be there as well. Come out to say goodbye and eat good food, next Saturday, June 7th from 11-6. I have been honored to serve you all, create friendships, working relationships, regulars, and so much more through these years. It’s not an easy decision to make, or share with you all, but it is something that will lend to a better future for me. I couldn’t feel more proud, supported, and loved through all of this. Thanks to EVERYONE who made this happen. All of my friends and family who helped make my dream a reality, all of my employees over the years, all of my customers (I will miss serving you all so much), and also and for supporting the vision. I know I will miss these salads and wraps, and I hope we can all find deliciously healthy foods elsewhere in the community. Speaking of, make sure that you support local, and support often. This industry ain’t easy, and anyone doing it is probably out there busting their butt, in hopes that they make enough money to survive. It’s a game, and although it was fun, I’m done playing. Thanks to all of you for playing along, and I hope to see you next Saturday.
