This summer, we're celebrating America's 250th birthday with Postcards from America, a new afternoon tea series inspired by flavors and favorites from around the country. Every two weeks, we'll feature a new regional menu and a collectible vintage-inspired postcard.

Our journey begins June 1 with Salt Air & Harbor Towns, inspired by the coastal flavors of the Northeast.

This summer, we’re celebrating America’s 250th birthday with a new series at Tea & Tidbits: Postcards from America.

Every two weeks, we’ll feature a new contemporary afternoon tea menu inspired by a different region of the country — from coastal harbor towns and Southern summers to desert sunsets and mountain wildflowers.

Along the way, guests can collect vintage-inspired postcards from each stop on the journey.

First stop:
Northeast — Salt Air & Harbor Towns
June 1–15.
