The secret to a multi-course soirée isn't just the menu, it is the orchestration of the experience.

When we designed the recent evening for the team at SVB Interests, we focused on the architecture of flavor. We anchored the experience with a Pear Tomato and Burrata Caprese, followed by a Chilled White Gazpacho shooter that cut through the warmth of the evening.

The main event featured our Mixed Wild Grill, showcasing local elk tenderloin and wild-caught salmon, finished with our signature Coffee and a Smoke Crème Brûlée.

At Cravings, we believe that high-end catering is about more than just filling plates; it is about creating a moment that guests will talk about long after the final course is cleared. After 36 years of catering across the Front Range, we have learned that the best events are those where the food tells the story of the host.

We took local Colorado beets, elevated them with whipped goat cheese and a crunch of pistachio, and watched them disappear at the GOCA dinner last week.

Buffalo Gals Grilling Co. will be open and grilling on the corner TODAY starting at 10:30!

If you haven’t tried our MacDaddy Sandwich yet, stop by! It’s our Santa Maria style tri-tip beef sirloin, gouda mac and cheese, American cheese and jalapeno jack cheese with BBQ sauce and cha-cha sauce on Texas Toast. Served with our duck fat potato chips and pickles on the side.
