Big delays at Denver International Airport on Sunday. The ATC Command Center agreed with SWA & UAL that priority was going to be given to airborne aircraft. That :30-:60 minute delays were acceptable. The tower coordinator advised against this decision. It then put the departing bank of aircraft in delays compounded by the arrivals turning and getting into the mix of departures too. Over 800 flights were delayed in some fashion because of this decision. You wished they would learn.

Rock the country music festival, Savannah, Georgia recap had a great time seeing my buddy Jared Miller , who is a stage manager for this festival with 46 entertainment out of Nashville. About an 8 Hour drive down to Savannah from Nashville, got rained on a lot on the way down. Overall the festival was good, what I caught of it, but it pretty much rained the entire weekend.
