Last week wasn't just challenging... it was "what day is it again?" level challenging.

We survived 9 busy events while trying to keep up with production and make enough lumpia for everyone. At some point, coffee stopped working and pure stubbornness took over.

Last night, I slept for 10 hours straight. No alarms. No tossing and turning. No counting tomorrow's prep list.

This morning, I woke up feeling like I had been resurrected. If you see me smiling today, it's not because business is good, it's because I finally remembered what sleep feels like. 😂

Now excuse me while I enjoy being among the living again.

Last Wednesday at Hillside Gardens and Events with SofaKillers ❤️

What a beautiful chaos that day was, long lines, happy customers, and a whole lot of lumpia rolling out of the truck!

We are always so grateful for the love and support. Days like this remind me why I do what I do (even when we sell out and run on empty at the end 😄).

This picture was the tail end of the line at 7:48. I was like, “Yay… almost there!” 😄

Started serving at 5, with Sofa Killer member being one of my first customers setting the vibe for the night 🎶

Thank you to everyone who showed up hungry and patient, we appreciate you more than you know!

Dear Wolf Ranch Neighborhood,

Thank you so much for your incredible support! We sincerely apologize to everyone who was hoping to order after we sold out.

We brought as much food as we could, but the demand was overwhelming, especially with several large orders. We completely sold out in just 2 hours and unfortunately had to leave earlier than planned. We have to make more lumpia for tomorrow. :)

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of Lumpia House. We are grateful for each and every one of you, and we look forward to serving you again soon!

We are incredibly grateful and happy to share that we sold out! I honestly didn’t even realize we had a line because I was so focused on cooking, plating the orders, and making sure everyone got served as quickly as possible.
