Yesterday was an incredible Mother’s Day at Luchals, and we want to sincerely thank every single family that chose to spend such a special day with us.
Serving over 225 guests was truly a blessing, and seeing so many people come together to celebrate the mothers and women in their lives meant everything to our team.
One of the most important decisions we made yesterday was controlling our seating and the pace of service throughout the day.
Our goal was simple: to make sure every table received the same quality experience, attention, and care. Because of that, there were moments where guests had to wait for the kitchen to catch up before being seated or before orders could be taken, and for those delays, we truly apologize.
Mother’s Day is one of the busiest restaurant days of the year. It’s not typically a day where food comes out in 15–20 minutes, especially when families from all walks of life come out in large parties to enjoy great food and great service together.
While we understand the waits and pauses may have been frustrating at times, our responsibility was to pace the experience in a way that prevented anyone from having an unbearable one.
To everyone who remained patient during hold times, seating delays, and high-volume moments thank you. Your grace and understanding allowed us to continue serving families with the level of hospitality we strive for every day.
Most importantly, we want to thank our incredible team
To our kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and everyone behind the scenes who kept pushing even when things got rough thank you. Your effort, composure, and heart helped make yesterday possible.
We especially want to recognize all of the mothers on our staff who spent their Mother’s Day working to help create special moments for others. From our frontline staff to our higher management who jumped in wherever needed, your sacrifice, leadership, and dedication did not go unnoticed.
Thank you for choosing service, teamwork, and hospitality even on a day meant to celebrate you.
We know we can’t make everyone happy every single time, but our goal has always been to ensure as many families as possible leave Luchals having enjoyed themselves, felt cared for, and shared meaningful moments together.
Thank you again for an amazing Mother’s Day.
We appreciate your support more than you know, and we look forward to serving you again soon.
