Fresh Coast Haze
7.0% ABV | Hazy India Pale Ale

Fresh Coast Haze is a vibrant collaboration between Source Brewing and Toms River Brewing, showcasing the best of New Jersey craft brewing with premium ingredients from Rabbit Hill Malthouse.

Built on a locally crafted grain bill of Rabbit Hill Malthouse Avalon Pilsner malt, wheat, and spelt, this hazy IPA pours with a glowing golden haze and delivers an incredibly soft, creamy mouthfeel while allowing the hop character to shine.

Motueka CGX and Cashmere were layered into the whirlpool to create a bright foundation of citrus and tropical fruit before an aggressive double dry hop of El Dorado, El Dorado CGX, and Motueka saturated the beer with explosive hop aroma and juicy flavor while maintaining a restrained bitterness.

Expect aromas and flavors of ripe pineapple, juicy pear, sweet melon, candied citrus, fresh lime zest, white grape, tropical gummies, stone fruit, and a subtle herbal finish. Soft, expressive, and endlessly drinkable, Fresh Coast Haze is a celebration of local craftsmanship from grain to glass.

Our Blueberry Milkshake IPA is a decadent, fruit-forward hazy ale bursting with vibrant blueberry character, creamy Madagascar vanilla, and a silky smooth finish.

Brewed with a generous amount of protein-rich wheat and oats, plus a touch of milk sugar, this beer delivers an exceptionally soft, pillowy mouthfeel worthy of its milkshake-inspired name.

To maximize juicy fruit expression while keeping bitterness low, we reserved all hop additions for the whirlpool and dry hop. After fermentation, we conditioned the beer on heaps of sweet blueberries and Madagascar vanilla, creating layers of rich berry flavor and creamy sweetness.

Under the El is a collaborative brew between Source Brewing and Evil Genius Beer Company, inspired by the neighborhoods, culture, and craft beer community that thrive beneath Philadelphia’s iconic elevated train line.

This Modern West Coast IPA was brewed to showcase a bold yet refined hop profile, featuring Pacific Sunrise and Nelson hops in both T90 and CGX formats for maximum flavor, aroma, and drinkability.

Under the El pours a brilliant golden hue into a glass with a bright white head and explosive aromas that jump from the glass.

It opens with vibrant citrus and tropical fruit character, drinks clean and crisp, and finishes with a firm but approachable bitterness that keeps every sip refreshing and balanced.
