Meet this week’s featured menu item: our seasonal morel pasta

This dish features casarecce tossed with sautéed morels, Terra Bella green garlic, shallots, spring peas, in a white wine cream sauce and topped with arugula.

While we don’t eat much ham or jam or spam here at Broadway Brewery, we do dine well!

And good dining must include great rotating drafts. Named after our brewer’s sons’ stuffed trout Monty, Monty’s is our Helles-style lager. Mild malt sweetness and subtle floral undertones make for a truly easy-drinking lager.

Course it’s a good idea to come try it out! We open at 4pm today.

Max and Alex do an amazing job working at the farm by day and at Broadway Brewery by night.
