Christmas, Hanukkah and all the holiday cheer shaken up and served as a Cocktail. Spreading the liquid festivities one state, one bar at a time!

In its sixth year, the Miracle family of Christmas-themed pop-up bars will expand in 2019 to over 130 Miracle and Beachbum Berry Presents: Sippin’ Santa locations. What has become a global phenomenon started as a suggestion from owner Greg Boehm’s mother, who encouraged him to halt construction of his bar Mace in 2014 and transform the unfinished space into a winter wonderland for the few weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Miracle on Ninth Street was born, and in the years that followed, industry friends from other cities began reaching out to Boehm and GM Joann Spiegel to see how they could recreate the holiday magic in their own bars—and the rest is history. This year, from November 25th to December 31st, each Miracle and Sippin’ Santa location will celebrate the season with a festive menu of signature cocktails, décor of lights, garlands, ribbons, and tchotchkes inspired by nostalgic vintage Christmas decorations, and a soundtrack of holiday songs. Joann Spiegel, General Manager, is the mastermind behind the brand’s cocktails and will once again roll out a menu of surprising Christmas concoctions. Expect unique and unusual cocktails that play on classic holiday flavors in playful mugs and glassware, from Snowball Old-Fashioned and Run Run Rudolph, to the Christmapolitan and now classic Yippie Ki Yay Mother F****r!, created by mixologist Nico de Soto.

The Merry Mouse-Tail brings together white rum, cognac & Madeira, with mandarin and clove for that classic holiday feel, then lemon and aromatic bitters to keep it lively. 🐭🎁🎄

Santa’s reindeer were busy, so we called in the unicorns. 🦄✨

The Sugarplum Stampede mixes Irish wh***ey, amontillado sherry & apricot with dark crème de cacao and miso honey, then gets a lift from lemon and a dash of figgy bitters.

Holiday magic, served in a Unicorn Mug. 🎄

Blanco tequila, vanilla liqueur, minty amaro, coconut pandan, cream with a dash of mole bitters for good measure.

Fa la la la la, la la la la... the Koala La La La is here! 🐨

This festive favorite is a crisp, uniquely refreshing blend of blanco tequila, dry vermouth, apple liqueur, and tamarind, brightened with fresh lemon and a distinct hint of eucalyptus bitters. Topped off with fresh mint and soda, it’s the perfect cocktail for when you’re done caroling. 😉

Served in our signature holiday glassware with a custom holiday koala friend, it’s officially time to get into the festive spirit.

The Snowball Old-Fashioned is rye wh***ey and gingerbread spice, poured over a perfect round snowball of ice, with a dash of aromatic and wormwood bitters and a whisper of orange to finish.

It’s a signature cocktail at Miracle. ❄️
