Picture this , the brisket and the pork shoulder are on the smoker. 6 o'clock in the morning. The ribs and chicken go on ,930 the Twinkies. The bus will ramble down to Cooper's Landing on Sunday may 17th. Starting to serve a full menu at 12 noon will be a beautiful day. Let's go come on down.

How do folks the bus is coming out of hibernation for the winter we would like to thank all the businesses and private parties. We've done over the last several months thank you thank you thank you.
The bus will ramble down to Cooper's Landing Saturday, March 21 will be serving a full menu including our Texas Twinkies from 12 o'clock to 5 o'clock. Come on down. Enjoy the weather and enjoy some music. Let's all have a good time. Let's go.

Howdy folks, this will be a long three part post.
First, I would like to start off by thanking all of our customers that visited the bus this year,it's been a tough year In a number of ways, we still had a good year . You the customer makes it worthwhile and that is you I would like to say thank you on behalf of the crew and myself a big shout out and thank you .
I am taking orders for Christmas day pick up of boneless PRIME rib roast and when I say the term PRIME that means , it is graded PRIME , the quality of the meat we will be serving will be PRIME , it will not be SELECT , there's a difference in taste and a difference in texture, and how it cuts. Yes, SELECT is cheaper, but it's a lesser quality cut of meat.
The price will be 29.98 per pound will be a 5 pound minimum I can slice it on the slicer, but it will only be a half inch thick . The PRIME BONELESS RIB ROAST WILL BE COOKED TO A MEDIUM RARE. The ends will be a little more done.

I'll answer them the best I can. Let's get you some smoked PRIME rib roast for Christmas. Ideal pick up will be between 11 and 12. Christmas Day will be wrapped in foil and cellophane to keep warm. We only use hardwood lump charcoal with seasoned hickory and oak no Propane . Let's go.
