Last Call for Charcuterie 101 class for THIS Thursday at Flint Station!

I am constantly BLOWN AWAY by the love and support I receive from you all. April classes are BOOKED (they’re actually over booked which brings such a smile to my face!)… but I still have THREE spots open for THIS Thursday, 3/24! If you were on the fence about joining us on Thursday, this is your sign! 🥰

Class is from 6:30-8PM at Flint Station. Tickets are $90, which includes everything you need to build my Baby Board (12” disposable board), water, snacks and WINE!

Ya girl is back from vacation! 🌴 I got into Columbus LATE last night (well, I guess technically early morning ☺️) and while I’m definitely a little tired, this weekend I will be working on catching up on emails, orders and Charcuterie 101 tickets and I am ready to bust out boards for tomorrow!

🧀 FIVE 10x10” Traditional Charcuterie Board Boxes $50 (Feeds 2-4, includes 3-4 cheeses, 2-3 meats, dried & fresh fruit, nuts and sweets; crackers in the box)

🧀 FIVE 12” Baby Boards $75 (Feeds 4-6, includes 4-5 cheeses, 3 meats, dried & fresh fruit, nuts and sweets; served with side of crackers)… if you want your Baby Board to be a Brunch Board, just let me know and I’ll make it happen!

Delivery IS available (six spots) for $10 within 20 miles of the Polaris area. We will be delivering from 1-4 tomorrow and pickups will be between 1-3!

🎉OKAY FRIENDS🎉

Before I head out of town I want to hit y’all with one more exciting announcement!

You all have been asking me for the better part of a year, and now we’re officially back WITH CLASSES!!

I AM STARTING MY CHARCUTERIE 101 CLASSES BACK UP! MY FIRST CLASS OFFERING WILL BE IN TWO WEEKS! I will be offering classes (mostly) every other Thursday at Flint Station in Worthington!

For anyone who doesn’t know, Charcuterie 101 is a step-by-step build your own board class lead by yours truly! We talk about all things cheese and meat, I will teach you some tricks of the trade and we will laugh the entire time we fill the board!

I will release dates two months at a time. March and Aprils Dates are below:

🧀 Thursday, March 24th 6:30-8:00PM
🧀 Thursday, April 7th 6:30-8:00PM
🧀 Thursday, April 21st 6:30-8:00PM

Tickets are $90 a piece. Price includes one baby board on a 12” disposable round board that we will assemble together, snacks, water and WINE!

There will be 15 spots per class. Once I send you confirmation and payment information, if I have not received payment by the MONDAY before class (I will send a reminder!), your spot will forfeited (I hate being like that but I have been burned before!)

If you are reserving more than one spot, please put the names of all participants and their email addresses in the section marked “additional participants.”

I am so excited to be bringing this back on a regular basis! These classes are a lot of work for me on the back it but SO much fun and so rewarding! I can’t wait build some boards together!

On this International Womens Day, I am going to spotlight the original Boss Lady in my life… my great grandmother, Madeline Simon.

A Lebanese immigrant, she came to the US in the early 1920’s after her first husband had died, and her only child, a daughter, was taken away and given to his parents to be raised (because women at that time were not allowed to raise a child by themselves.)

She met my great grandfather and together they came from Beirut to the Land of Dreams and settled in Victorian Village, Columbus. Along with my great grandfather, this woman opened her own small business in the Short North (what today would be a Dollar Store) while speaking little English, raising SEVEN boys during the depression and managed to be extremely successful.

According to my great uncle’s autobiography, she learned to speak English by costumers telling her what they needed to buy (for instance: a can of green beans) and she would go around the store with them to find it… once they found the item, she would correlate the words with pictures on the cans. She would buy unique fabrics and items to bring back to her store that other stores didn’t have and they would instantly sell. She had an eye for what the people wanted and was far ahead of her time.

To me, she is super woman. She has taught me so much without ever actually knowing me. I only wish I would’ve gotten to meet her (she passed away before I was born.) I hope she is proud of me and all of the women she bravely paved a path for- I know I am INCREDIBLY proud of her.

I had an absolute B L A S T at Four Seasons Barn Wedding & Event Venue’s Open House today! It was so nice to be out in the community and meet (and feed 🥰🧀) so many couples-to-be!

Anyone getting married- if you don’t have a venue yet, you need to check this barn out! It is absolutely beautiful and Beth and her team have every single detail right!

Who needs their last minute charcuterie fix?! I am HERE to help!!

I will be making only TWELVE boxes and boards in TWO different sizes:

🧀 SIX 10x10” Board Boxes (feeds 2-4) $50 This box included 3-4 cheeses, 2-3 meats, fruit, nuts, olives and sweets. Crackers included in the box.

🧀 SIX Baby Boards (12” round Board, feeds 4-6) $75. This board includes 4-5 cheeses, 3 meats, fruit, nuts, olives, sweets and a sleeve of crackers on the side.

Need it delivered? We gotchu! I have SIX delivery spots. For $10 we can deliver (within 20 miles of the Polaris area!)

Link is in my stories. Once you submit, I will send you pick up (or delivery confirmation) and payment info! They will be ready to be picked up between 2-4pm and we will deliver around the same time.

For delivery orders, please submit by 6pm today. I will cut off pickup orders by 10am tomorrow.

Dairy AND gluten allergy? No problem- I gotchu! 🥰

I love when my customers challenge me to think outside of the box! This customer has a gluten and dairy allergy with a husband (the birthday boy) who loves meat! So I loaded up on vegan cheese (please note: there is an additional cost for vegan cheese that will depend on the size of the board) and made a GF, DF, meat filled board!

Whatever your allergy or aversion, I can make it happen, and beautiful to boot! ☺️🧡🧀
