Thank you Billings!!! You guys really showed up today! We ended up giving away 101 free meals all thanks to your generous donations.

The conversations around Men's Mental Health were absolutely wonderful.

Thank you to Elizabeth Parent for putting this all together it was our great pleasure to honor your late husband.

Big thanks to Bubbles and Fizz MT• Dirty Soda Co. for joining us and Luckys Grand Casino for letting us use thier parking lot.

We will be taking a few days off while we enjoy some time with family and attend our dear friends celebration of life.

Next week is going to be amazing with 2 concerts at the Billings skate park and of course the 4th of July celebration in Laurel!

Our Men's Mental Health Luncheon is at Luckys Grand Casino from 10a-5p or soldout whichever comes first. We have 70 free meals to giveaway today in hopes we can start some good conversations about Men's mental health.

We absolutely cannot wait for tomorrow!!! Our Men's Mental Health Luncheon is gonna be a great chance for us to have some good conversations about all things related to Men's Mental Health.

We have raised enough money to serve 70 free meals tomorrow at Luckys Grand Casino from 10a-5p or soldout. That's right 70 free meals!
We will also have Bubbles and Fizz MT• Dirty Soda Co. there from 11a-3p giving away free drinks!

Ok we've raised $1000.00 for the Men's Mental Health community luncheon! That's just over 60 free meals that we can give out this Thursday at Luckys Grand Casino! We can do more with your support so donate $100.00 today to help this great cause.

Good morning my cheesy friends our focus this week is Men's Mental Health!

I'd like to talk about therapy for men. It's definitely got some stigma to it. A man seeking mental health therapy is not a weak man. He is a strong man that understands his mind must be in a good place in order to serve those he loves in the best way possible! To open up and be vulnerable about our trials and tribulations is one of the most courageous things a man can do.

I have been in therapy on and off my whole adult life and the biggest thing I've learned is, no man is perfect. Weather it be as a dad, husband, son, brother, friend, or employee/employer we all make mistakes and those mistakes must be used as lessons to learn from. It’s ok to apologize and to try again next time. Not hold on to the guilt and shame we feel when we make mistakes.

Make the call and find a therapist today! One that fits you and can help you navigate this crazy life we live!

Oh and grilled cheese does wonders for my mental health! 😉
