One year ago today, Anamaria Monterroso had the incredible opportunity to represent Team Holowicki McDonald’s and share her story through Archways to Opportunity at a McDonald’s press conference alongside leaders from across the organization. ❤️

What started as a nerve-racking experience quickly became a moment she will never forget. Through Archways to Opportunity, McDonald’s continues to help employees grow both personally and professionally by providing resources and educational opportunities that truly make a difference.

One year later, this moment still serves as a reminder of how far opportunity, support, and believing in yourself can go. Team Holowicki is incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone and all the growth that has come since.
