Made with chutoro (fatty tuna), fresh vegetables, garlic, sesame, and a touch of gochujang, all wrapped in crispy radish.

Fun Fact: Chutoro comes from the middle portion of the tuna, giving it the perfect balance of rich, buttery flavor and lean texture.
