We all know that sleeping is important but have you ever asked yourself why it is. Here are a few reasons to start.

☕️When you get deep sleep it helps your body to repair itself
☕️You need at least 7- 8 hours of sleep to optimize your brain power

What is the obstacle that keeps you from doing what you want to do? If that thing wasn’t there; what is it that you would be doing with your life? After you’ve answered those two questions you may see that your purpose is staring you right in the face, and now you have the opportunity to go and do that thing that you want to do. Yes maybe it’s something very simple and you are thinking there is no way that is my purpose, but many great things happen when you explore the things that you are interested in. You can think about you liked to do as a kid or even try to put yourself out there and talk to people that are in a place in life that you want to be in. There are many ways of finding passion and purpose but we find the most effective way is to take action on the things that you want to do. Only then is when you will really begin!

No matter what we do in life we’ve got to prepare in some way whether that’s stretching before a sports game, stretching your hands before a long writing session, or even studying before a big test. Surprisingly if you are a big competitive gamer a lot of these techniques also apply if you want to win and be the best. Here are a few helpful tips to help you get your video game on. 🎮

☕️Sit up straight and align your neck

☕️Change your light dark settings to see better

☕️Turn off the music and turn up the sound effects

☕️Get help by watching the pros play

Sit back, grab a coffee, and lets get into it. One of the things that helps creators, artists, and just about anybody in life is learning how to be organized. Here are three things that can help you stay organized in your life no matter where you are.

☕️Don’t rely on your brain to store information, put it in a system that you trust
☕️Be deliberate about what you own (some things around you are taking up space)
☕️Be mindful about the things in your life that need to be taken care of (think ahead)

Sometimes we just need to sit back and plan things out. Just get organized so that we don’t lose track of where we are headed in life.

If you are a painter it can feel exhausting sometimes to quickly create your work for the world to see. Here are five tips to help you get on track to painting something great and doing it quickly.
☕️Set a time limit and make a list of what you are completing that day
☕️Get rid of worrying about working in layers. (Just paint if you are able to do so)
☕️Don’t think about your brushes too much (pick the ones that work for you)
☕️Think about how you want to visually impact the person looking at your painting
☕️Set up your environment so that you can focus on your painting alone
