'Twas the night before today, when all through the truck, not a creature was stirring, 'cause we don't have a mouse.

The cabbage was packed in the fridges with care, in the hopes that Grandma Sang soon would be there.

When out in the drive there arose such a clatter, I threw on my apron to protect from the spatter!

And what to our wondering eyes did appear, but Big Beautiful Egg Rolls, the last of this year!

The truck has arrived, the crew has prepared, happy Egg Roll to you, 'cause today we're at Festifair!

Well well well, people...'tis that time of year again. Yes, it's time for the Columbus Food Truck Festival - Hilliard Edition! Saturday August 16th and Sunday August 17th! The forecast is lookin' good, and we're getting ready to roll out! The crew has been doing calisthenics, endurance training, and some critical hand eye workouts to ensure we can whip those things out with our usual quality, speed, and flair. As we say in the biz - we're starting to feel a bit....saucy.

Wake up the kinfolk and get 'em out to Hilliard this weekend!! Looking forward to seeing all our old friends, and making some new ones, too!

Well people, it's that time again! The Big Red Egg Roll Truck (you know the one) rolls out of our secret lair, laden with Big Mouth Egg Rolls and whatnot (that's French for "Rangoons") tomorrow at dawn!

We're headed east - to the Whitehall Foodtruck & Fun Fest - tomorrow 11AM-10PM! Details at The City of Whitehall, Ohio! Rumor has it these Egg Rolls were 2024 Whitehall award winners...just sayin'.

And...the Funky Divas themselves... En Vogue is the headliner! You gotta be kidding me! Free Your Mind, and Egg Rolls will follow! Those aren't the real words...but now you can't not hear it. Trust us.

Well well! We're slow to get the news out (sorry all) - but we're rolling out to Marysville tonight for Friday Nights Uptown! 6-10 PM with great tunes and no rain! Egg Rolls, tunes, and all of you people. These are a few of our favorite things!

Welp - as we say in the Egg Roll biz, that's a wrap (hehe 😁) for the 2025 Asian Festival! Due to unprecedented demand, we sold out of America's Favorite Egg Rolls and Rangoons both days. Bonkers! Amazing turnout and beautiful Memorial Day weekend weather here in God's country.

Thank you to all our customers and friends and all of Egg Roll Nation for keeping this li'l party rolling! Pun ABSOLUTELY intended!

Wazzup Egg Rollers? We're creeping in on Memorial Day weekend, so that can only mean one thing (well, it means a lot of things, but you know the one we're talking about)! Your favorite Egg Rolls at the Asian Festival! We're there to roll em out 10-8 tomorrow and 10-6 on Sunday! Great food, great events, great culture, and great friends.

Note that we'll be in the food tent area...leaving ye olde red truck at our secret lair for the weekend.

And in all seriousness, this weekend we're thoughtful and grateful for all those we've lost, particularly those who have served this great country. We remember them this weekend and always.

Well well well. Happy Belated Mother's Day to all the moms out there in Egg Roll Land! 'Tis May, and you know what that means? Jack does. It means the big red egg roll truck is awakening from its long winter's nap.

So - here we go! Friday Nights Uptown in Marysville this Friday night! 6-10 PM with the great Allison Road and McGuffey Lane bringin' the rocks and your favorite food truck bringin' the rolls. You know the ones.

As Dolly Parton once said, it's time to tumble out of bed and stumble to the kitchen, and pour yourself of cup of ambition! It's a beautiful spring morning in Ohio - and there ain't many, so jump on this one!

Happy Easter to all our friends and family (and fellow travelers on ye olde Food Truck highway)!

We're dustin' off the big red truck and getting ready for the season. The schedule is coming together, and we'll publish is just as soon as we can! Expect some old favorites!

Good evening, friends.

We're sorry to share that due to an unplanned family need, we have regretfully had to cancel our appearance at the Festifair in Marysville this Saturday.

This, sadly, was our last event scheduled for the season. As has been the case since our 2017 debut, we're ever grateful to our loyal Egg Roll fans, and the new friends we've met each year. We hope to keep sharing new news, and we'll stay in touch throughout the off season.

Thanks to everyone who's come out to see us this summer, the events who have hosted us, (and thanks to those who helped us SELL OUT of our first run of frozen rangoons)! You've all made this little venture more than we'd ever hoped for!
