Meet Impossible Jams: Tinkering away down in the Westgate neighborhood of Columbus, we've been experimenting with your taste buds since 2013. We take the simplest ingredients and combine them into the most creative and delicious concoctions your toast and English muffins have ever seen. Go crazy and stir a little Strawberry Basil into your lemonade (vodka optional), or sweeten up that boring old

yogurt with some Vanilla Pear Jam. Pork chops just love some Bourbon Peach goodness, and after you taste the subtle spice of Strawberry Sriracha on grilled chicken, you'll never look at BBQ sauce the same way again.

Our yearly collaboration with will be going down this Saturday (10/4) at the from 9 to noon at 2925 West Broad Street. Six years in a row despite formally hanging up the spatula 2 years ago.
