Coming in January to Polaris Grill a 1/4 promotion around New Orleans themed food items:

Here are a teaser of 2 items

-Blackened Halibut topped with a mango avocado salsa over sautéed spinach and red beans and rice.

- Creole Shrimp lasagna with layers of sautéed creole shrimp, custom sauce, pasta, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmigiana, fresh herbs topped with pepper Jack cheese.
